Going into the process, I expected a great deal of frustration considering the climate of current market. However, with Chris' knowledge & advice, I was able to win the house in a multiple offer situation. For that, I am ever so grateful. Chris was amazing! He went out of his way to find me just the perfect condo. I was relocating from 500+ miles away and Chris helped me find the perfect home even under difficult circumstances. He sent me lots of information online before I came to San Diego to actually looked for homes and kept in frequent communication with me online, via text and email.
